A great days tag rugby with nearly 130 children representing their respective schools. Lots of fun and some great play from all teams. Well done to all schools and a big thank you all volunteer’s and coaches that gave their time to make the day a success.

We are all looking forward to our first schools blitz that takes place this Thursday 17th May in Aughrim. TAG Rugby is a great way to develop the following skills, teamwork, evasion, handling and above all its fun. We welcome all our schools partners and pupils with open arms. FUN FUN FUN. Aughrim Rugby will be hosting its inaugural Golf Classic on Thursday 24th May in Arklow Golf Club. In aid of our new club and charity partners GOAL and the IRFU Charitable Trust. Eat 2 Compete: We hope our players get a little bit of rest from rugby over the next 12 weeks. This Saturday the 28th will be Aughrim Rugby’s final training day of the season, and what a first  season it has been. So many achievements in such a short space of time. A huge thank you to the players, volunteers and parents for making it happen. Why not come down to the Complex Saturday morning at 10.30 am for fun training games, food, and not to forget soaking your coach… not too much though most are quiet old
